i found the staff welcomed me warmly. the location provided convenient access to fistral beach. the room offered all necessary amenities, was clean, and orderly. breakfast presented a good start to my day. i had a small issue with the bathroom door, it didn't close properly..
i noticed the towels were quite small for use after showering. this minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from my overall experience. however, slightly larger towels would improve comfort.

The location offered quick access to both the beach and the town. Breakfast had a good variety, allowing customization (i appreciated that).

i loved how close it was to fistral beach! plus, parking round the back was super handy when i was moving my luggage. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. breakfast was fabulous too! there was a huge range of choice, and everything tasted freshly cooked.
The room was very small. I wasn't expecting that. soundproofing seemed non-existent, i could hear everything from the hallway and nearby rooms. the carpets had some stains in both the room and hallways. i reminded me of they needed a deep clean

Everything suited my needs for a great holiday. the location next to the beach was wonderful. I could spend afternoons and evenings at the hotel restaurant. the staff were friendly, and i was welcomed with my dog. The staff were so lovely and kind to her throughout the stay.
The carpets needed a deep clean both in the room and in the hallways. They were stained! the walls could use a wipe down and fresh paint.

The room had adequate wardrobe space and a spacious, hot shower. the beds were very comfortable. the room also had a fridge and great views. We had a balcony room overlooking the golf course and fistral beach.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. they were always great. emma and mrs h were very cute, attentive, and were really good too ensure my stay was comfortable. I found them great and helpful.

Our room was really small! We had booked a double room, and it felt more like a single. Also the noise levels were high. I could hear people talking in the next room and doors slamming shut at all hours. It wasn't exactly peaceful.

the breakfast included a buffet with cereals , fruit, and hot and cold drinks. Hot food could be ordered from a menu. i found the lounge very inviting , it featured comfortable sofas and sea views. Free parking behind the hotel was a major plus.
the shower was small , i noticed.
