Clean Rooms and Great Staff!

helpful staff clean room convenient location
The staff were very accommodating. Rooms were very clean. I booked for one night and decided to stay another. I enjoyed visiting the Eden project and walking to the beach. (The location was ideal!).
The tv did not have a signal. I could not use it. The wifi did not work on any device even though they were connected.

The room was quite big. It featured lovely, clean interiors. It included tea, instant coffee, milk, and sugar with a kettle. Bedding was also very nice.

The hotel is near the bus station (a five min walk). That bus goes straight to the Eden Project. There is a good Indian restaurant across the street from the hotel.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was clean , and I found it comfortable. The hotel parking was free , and a space was always available. Breakfast was lovely, and I appreciated the fresh coffee.
I noticed the WiFi wasn't working properly , but it didn't affect my stay much.

The hotel is near many nice places to visit , and it is approximately a 45 minute drive to surf spots. It is a walkable distance to the harbour , where there are nice bars and restaurants.

The pub is a proper classic pub, with a good atmosphere . The garden is perfect for enjoying a pint in the evening sunshine. The hotel offers luggage storage which was super helpful.

the room was clean. facilities included tea and coffee. free parking and a separate guest entrance are available.
the tv had no signal at all. i could not use it. the wifi did not work on any of my devices despite being connected. no one serviced the room.

My room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very lovely and spacious. The staff are friendly, always ready to help. The location is awesome for getting around town.
The kettle in my room did not work. I only found out on the last morning as I waited. they told me they do not have any washcloth. So, I will bring my own next time.

Super clean and Convenient

accommodating staff another night beach access
The staff proved very accommodating. I booked one night. I then decided to extend my stay for another night. I visited the Eden Project and walked to the beach during those great days.
The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It ran hot and cold.

faulty tv sparse toiletries
The tv was a complete waste. it showed only static. i expected at least basic channels to work. also, the promised toiletries were pretty sparse. Just a tiny soap bar and a small shampoo. i had to buy my own supplies. i found this pretty annoying.
