Clean Rooms and Great Staff!

The staff were very accommodating. Rooms were very clean. I booked for one night and decided to stay another. I enjoyed visiting the Eden project and walking to the beach. (The location was ideal!).
The tv did not have a signal. I could not use it. The wifi did not work on any device even though they were connected.

The hotel is near the bus station (a five min walk). That bus goes straight to the Eden Project. There is a good Indian restaurant across the street from the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was clean , and I found it comfortable. The hotel parking was free , and a space was always available. Breakfast was lovely, and I appreciated the fresh coffee.
I noticed the WiFi wasn't working properly , but it didn't affect my stay much.

The hotel is near many nice places to visit , and it is approximately a 45 minute drive to surf spots. It is a walkable distance to the harbour , where there are nice bars and restaurants.

My room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very lovely and spacious. The staff are friendly, always ready to help. The location is awesome for getting around town.
The kettle in my room did not work. I only found out on the last morning as I waited. they told me they do not have any washcloth. So, I will bring my own next time.

Super clean and Convenient

The staff proved very accommodating. I booked one night. I then decided to extend my stay for another night. I visited the Eden Project and walked to the beach during those great days.
The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It ran hot and cold.

The tv was a complete waste. it showed only static. i expected at least basic channels to work. also, the promised toiletries were pretty sparse. Just a tiny soap bar and a small shampoo. i had to buy my own supplies. i found this pretty annoying.
