acceptable stay with some ISSUES

small room excessive noise
The room size was quite small , considering it was supposed to be a king room. Space around the bed was limited . the noise from the bar below was excessive. Conversations and music were clearly audible , LATE into the night , which did affect my sleep.

lovely stay in a charming pub

delicious lunch fair price pleasant staff helpful staff
i had a really delicious lunch including gammon, egg, chips, peas, and pineapple. i also enjoyed a soda and lime. the price seemed quite fair. all staff members were very pleasant and helpful.
The restaurant area felt a little cold. Extra heating would improve the comfort.

the staff were friendly at breakfast. i liked that there were options other than a full english. the room was clean enough and had comfortable beds.
the radiator control was broken. the first night was very hot. i told the owners about it soon after arrival and they said it should be fine.

fantastic stay NEAR the coast

clean room generous portions local food
i REALLY liked how clean the double room was it included toiletries. breakfast was delicious with many choices available. the food portions were VERY generous and tasty ALL locally sourced.

The staff was very friendly. Dinner was excellent and breakfasts were generous. The room and ensuite were very comfortable. Convenient free parking was available onsite.
