Self-catering accommodations include three cottages: Dairy (sleeps 4), Parlour (sleeps 6), and Moey (sleeps 8), all with exceptional views of the lakes.

The large garden beside the lake serves as an ideal venue for weddings, accommodating up to 180 guests in a marquee. The Hospitality Suite provides a space for smaller gatherings, hosting up to 45 guests seated. Fishing Lakes

Polhilsa Farm features two fishing lakes fed by rising spring waters, offering free fishing to guests staying on site. The Syndicate Lake spans approximately 3 acres and caters to experienced anglers with its lower stock of carp. Guests can also find roach and rudd in the lakes, enhancing their outdoor experience.
