poor staff attitude no guest assistance
the breakfast offered a buffet style with cooked choices.
The staff lacked engagement. They did not bother with guests, offering no help or advice for a birthday celebration.

wide choice wonderful view
Breakfast offered a wide choice of food. It was served directly at my table, a very nice touch. The breakfast room offered a wonderful view of the sea and bay!!!

The reception staff were very professional. they were also friendly during both check-in and check-out. the staff at the bar was attentive. the serving staff at breakfast were friendly too. All staff were a credit to the business.
the room and bed were on the small side. i think the bedrooms would benefit from the same recent decoration that the main hotel areas have. they have been recently updated, but the bedrooms could use some work.

damaged blind nonexistent phone signal
Breakfast had good variety it was acceptable.
The room's state bothered me greatly. Dust was thick and the blind was damaged. The complimentary toiletries were not replenished . Phone signal was nonexistent on any network.
