Excellent Stay with River Views

The bedroom decor was lovely and included a large bay window. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive. (I especially loved the variety of options.)

My room had a beautiful view over the river. Breakfast featured a good variety of choices. Everything tasted delicious.
The staff seemed disinterested though the bed was comfy. The staff could NOT store my meds in their fridge.

wonderful stay with river view

I found the room very clean, also it had nice linen with fluffy towels. the tea tray was stocked very well. It was replenished each day. i appreciated the little treats in the room. the water bottles. parking at the millpool car park was only a short walk away.

Wonderful Stay with Harbour Views

The bed was supremely comfortable. I really liked the big, fluffy towels provided (a small detail, but important). They replenished the well-stocked tea tray in my room daily. I also found it very convenient to use the loading bay right outside for luggage.
The basin shelf in the bathroom was located in an awkward spot. It made using the small basin a bit difficult.

My room offered a view overlooking the harbour (room 1), and the accommodation was immaculate. It felt great to be in a clean and tidy space. The linen was very nice. The room had everything i needed.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. Alan and Claire were on hand if needed. Otherwise, they were unobtrusive (a perfect balance, in my opinion). Communication was good.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I made use of the balcony attached to the room, offering privacy from the road. The hotel features two house cats that are very friendly and cute.

The hotel is near the centre. This makes it very convenient for visiting the area. Despite its central location, it remained quiet at night. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
