the breakfast was really good! i liked the fact the hosts made breakfast to order. the location suited me and there was parking available on the grounds.
the bed was too soft and sagged. there was noise from other rooms at night. sometimes the noise level was really high... i didn't like that

i found the roads leading to the hotel very narrow. it made driving a bit stressful at times. this is something to be aware of when planning your visit.

dave and jackie were perfect hosts. they were always around and available. they respected my privacy at all times. i stayed for two nights and thought i made the best decision after seeing the chaos in st ives. my room was very comfy and tidy. there was great parking.
the room was a bit noisy, i could hear sounds from the adjacent rooms in the evening. it wasn't a major issue, but something to consider for a light sleeper.

Dave and Jackie were great hosts. They were always available and respected my privacy. The breakfast was amazing!!! Everything tasted fresh and cooked properly.
The room got a bit noisy in the evenings because of sounds from the nearby rooms.
