farmhouse bliss!
great charactercomfy bedself-serve breakfast
the farmhouse had so much character! i loved the comfy bed and it was close to the beach i needed to go to. breakfast included self-serve toast cereal yogurt fruit coffee tea and juice so i was all set for the day.
the noise insulation wasn't perfect but that's expected in an older building

the farmhouse features a huge kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances i could ask for and huge tv rooms perfect.

becky was so friendly cute and helpful! she even provided instructions on how to get to the local pub using the scenic route and her directions were spot on which i really appreciated.

the farmhouse is in a secluded and quiet area, i loved the peace and tranquility! plus it's near the crackington haven beach so i could easily enjoy the coastline anytime which was great.

Breakfast had a GREAT selection and the book regarding the coast path walk helped a lot.
The WALLS felt thin. I could hear everything. The noise insulation was poor so footsteps upstairs sounded like an earthquake. Guests must be quiet or go to a pub far away.

The breakfast included a great selection of items and drinks. There was easy parking available. The host provided a helpful folder with local information.
I found some noise insulation issues with the hotel. Footsteps upstairs sounded quite loud below. Socializing late seemed discouraged.

the soundproofing is poor. i could hear every footstep from the room above, it reminded me of an earthquake. the host reprimanded us for making noise after 11 pm after returning from a walk. i felt this behaviour. the breakfast room seemed untidy too.

The room had comfortable beds. I found a lovely living room to unwind in. Other guests and I appreciated having a fire to dry our clothes after a wet day of hiking.
