wonderful seaside stay

i enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning the view of the harbour was fine i found the beds to be comfortable. the outside bar offered an amazing bay view it was perfect. i found the staff really good every team member was kind.
the food menu was slightly limited for longer stays i wished there were more choices i did not find a single major issue .

the double room sea view had ample space it had nice décor and it was very clean. the room included useful amenities like a tea and coffee maker and complimentary toiletries i appreciated the comfortable bedding.

the hotel offered an amazing position near the quayside providing convenient access to transport options and nearby attractions. it was easy to walk to local shops restaurants and other points of interest i found it very convenient.

the hotel offered a good selection of food and drinks the pub restaurant served tasty, basic meals. i found the breakfast selection to be very satisfying the breakfast items were of great quality and were really yummy.

location was fine. my room had harbor views. the bar offered terraces. it was convenient to get drinks. the variety included gins.
fruit was not readily available. apples and bananas were only out for the final breakfast days. staff should offer tea upon arrival.

The location proved VERY convenient.
Our room felt VERY stuffy due to flower boxes outside blocking airflow. The room was right above the pub entrance so there was nighttime noise. The room wasn't vacuumed during our four nights. Tea and milk weren't always replenished.

The room upgrade I received was a DELIGHT, I could check in early, which allowed me more time to explore. Staff willingly helped with my bags and made lunch and dinner reservations. I appreciated recommendations for lovely cafes. They remembered my name.
I found that the team was accommodating to my late room swap request, THOUGH the biscuits were only provided upon arrival and not replaced.

The menu included a great selection, THERE were plenty of drink choices, and service was quick and friendly. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere, especially welcome after a long day exploring the isles.

The room decor was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and black out blinds ensured solid nights of sleep. A nespresso machine with daily pod top ups added a touch of convenience, i also appreciated the harbor view.
