Surprise Find with Harbour Views

I was met by the friendliest staff upon arrival. I was escorted to a large room. It had a spacious bathroom with both a tub and a shower. A bay window overlooked the harbour (such a pleasant surprise!). There was a generous supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, and even oat milk.
The plumbing was a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from the pipes. It wasn't too bad, and the provided earplugs helped.

Staff greeted me warmly and escorted me directly to my room. They showed a genuine interest in my travel plans. This personalized service made my arrival very efficient.

The room included a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Biscuits were also provided, and I appreciated the inclusion of oat milk (very thoughtful!). The supplies allowed for a quick refreshment upon arrival.

The room featured a huge bathroom, equipped with both a bath and a separate shower. I liked the bay window. It offered views over the harbour. The size of the room was excellent.

Acceptable Location, but Some Issues

The location was certainly handy.
The room was quite cold due to a small portable heater. It was a poor replacement for a storage heater that didn't function. Thin walls meant noise travelled from downstairs and upstairs late into the night, and complaining wasn't possible at bedtime. The 'sea view' description stretched the truth somewhat.

I received the warmest welcome from the staff upon arrival. I was shown to a big room complete with a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower. The bay window provided a beautiful view of the harbor.
I have no complaints at all.
