good breakfast central location train station small room street noise
the location was great for getting around. it was easy to walk to the train station, and i liked that it was close to the town center. breakfasts were good with plenty of options available. i had a cooked breakfast each morning and it was done nicely.
the room was small. it was a single room and felt a bit cramped, and i wish it had more space for luggage. there wasnt much soundproofing, i could hear noise from the street.

daily refresh hearty breakfast
claire was very cute and offered a daily refresh of the room if i wanted anything cleaned or tidied. she gave me tips for places to eat, she recommended the mackerel sky cafe bar in nearby newlyn. it was fabulous. breakfast was hearty depending on what you want
the basin was a tiny cloakroom basin with a shelf and soap dispenser immediately above it so leaning over to wash face and clean teeth was awkward

excellent breakfast and great location
cheerful host lovely offer bay window short walk
We arrived and were greeted at the door by the host, who was cheerful. our host offered to carry our bags upstairs. It was a lovely offer. the room was large with an ensuite and a bay window. the lodge is a five minute walk to town, where there are several pubs.
the basin was a tiny cloakroom basin with a shelf. small bath towels were available.

clare and kevin are fabulous hosts, very accommodating. nothing is too much trouble for them, which makes the stay special. they are very cute and ready to help with anything.

parking is available with cars, a convenient amenity. there IS also a bus stop nearby that has frequent buses for easy travel. wifi is available and worked WELL.

breakfast was beyond my expectation with a starter of fresh fruit. a perfectly cooked english breakfast really sets you up for the day. various cereals were ALSO available each morning.

The room was super clean, modern, and well appointed. IT also had a great power shower in the ensuite bathroom. the bed was comfortable. I got two good nights of sleep.

the location is close to town and provides easy access to shops and restaurants. THE train station is a short walk and offers trains to london. the harbor is about 10 minutes away walking.
