The front desk was indeed helpful enough. They answered my basic questions. no fireworks, but adequate.
The room cleaning schedule seemed quite arbitrary. one day the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, and another day, they came by at 9 am. also, the minibar was not restocked daily. I expected a consistent refreshment service and found it lacking.

the location was good.
the room service was substandard , and the menu was very limited. the gym equipment was old , and the air conditioning in the room did not function properly. i requested a repair, but it was not addressed .

The breakfast was varied. It offered something for everyone. Everything was freshly prepared, and the buffet was quite good. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
I felt a bit disappointed. The hotel did not help me find another place to stay. My mother had to do it. I was really sick, and I heard nothing from them after I left.

the food was great. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for exploring. the bed was very comfortable and i slept soundly each night.
the room could use a small refurbishment.
