the room size was generous! i found a fridge and microwave very useful. the shower was fantastic. easy access was granted via key codes.
the hot and cold taps were separate. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

Contactless check-in was easy, and i received both an email and an sms with the door codes after providing my arrival time. It was super! toiletries were also provided, which i found a nice bonus.

breakfasts were not served, but there were plenty of choices available locally. grove place is across the road, and it has various eateries, car parks, a supermarket, and the national maritime museum.

The location is really convenient. I found a tesco express across the street. the room was clean. It had complete facilities and thoughtful toiletries. the staff were very friendly, i received help and warm care, which i appreciated.
the separate hot and cold taps were a dated feature, and the ensuite could use a revamp. the room got very hot, even with no heating on and moderate temperatures outside. (it made sleeping a bit difficult)

the separate hot and cold taps were annoying!!! the outdated fixtures definitely need updating. the room was also way too hot, even without the heating being on.
