I ate at the carvery, and the food was superb! The restaurant service was fast. I am very impressed! The updated bar looks very modern. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were attentive.

The staff acted very helpful. I was charmed. My coeliac dietary requirements were catered for perfectly. It really set my mind at ease. My stay felt relaxing, I really enjoyed it.

weak water pressure outdated decor
The bathroom facilities require attention. the shower's water pressure was quite weak. the small hand basin also presented a challenge. moreover, i found the room's decor somewhat outdated. It could benefit from modernization.

the double room offered a private bathroom that included fresh towels and toiletries the bed was comfortable i noticed the restaurant served tasty meals the staff were friendly and cute i appreciated the prompt room service when i requested extra pillows for a better night's rest
i found the bar closed a bit early during the week limiting evening relaxation options
