i found the location central with harbour views from the room i stayed in the breakfast setup at kota kai was great with lovely staff the room had all the facilities i needed and was super clean and cozy i really had a great time
i noticed the fridge was quite noisy

the room was clean. the modern shower and bathroom facilities were very nice. the location was near the harbour. the welcome was very warm and helpful.
The fridge was very noisy. I turned it off overnight. the tea and coffee tray was poor. the room was cramped and small.

the location was perfect to everywhere. from the parking to those cute shops i adore, restaurants full of life, and the calming beach. the coastal walks nearby were a plus, we seemed like we had it all. the room had a spot and felt spacious, just what we needed.
the fridge, bless it, was a bit noisy at night. i had to turn it off so i could fall asleep. it was a shame because i liked having it.
