The location was superb. The staff allowed us to pre-order our evening meal. Breakfast included several tasty options. The hotel welcomed dogs, so we were able to bring our pet.

sloping floor stained duvet
The room i stayed in needed some work. the floor sloped noticeably and the bed did also. It needed leveling with wooden blocks. i mentioned this to the staff but received a response that no one else complained ever. finding a stained duvet in the cupboard WAS a shock.

The breakfast service was really good. A very nice man carried luggage and also called a taxi for me. He stayed outside until the taxi arrived, very kind.
