the location was very central, perfect for accessing the south west coast path. i appreciated the simple breakfast that included fresh fruit and yogurt. nick and garry were great, and i felt very welcome and at home here.

the room felt a bit small and the shower made quite a racket.

The hotel provides a good location. It allowed easy access to nearby shops and pubs. The room has hot drink options and some biscuits. This was a nice touch.

Beds were not made daily. One day I asked and it was made. The second day I didn't ask and it wasn't made. I assumed there were made daily if asked or not.
