expensive drinks outdated en-suite
The room felt a little tired and could use some updates. I found the drinks at the bar to be quite expensive. It felt a little outdated. I think having hot chocolate alongside tea and coffee in the rooms would be a nice touch.

I appreciated the convenient location with ample free parking available on a first come first serve basis. My standard single room on the third floor was easily accessible by lift. The bed proved to be very comfortable and the room along with its bathroom was clean and spacious.

The room was compact in size a feature typical of buildings from that era. It included a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a large shower. The decor in the room was modern and stylish enhancing the overall appeal.

totally awesome stay!

friendly staff great breakfast
the staff was super friendly throughout my stay. i really liked that i could skip room service to save some resources. breakfast was great, and they even changed stuff for my grandma, amazing!
the lift needed a good clean as did the stairs. the tv was old too, and some channels didnt work properly. the shower gel was kinda broken, so it was hard to use.

meals in the sixty bistro was delicious and good value. breakfast was good, and the english fry-up is worth it. they took great care of our dietary needs.
